Collision Involving Motorbike & Car In Pembroke
This morning [Nov 13] a collision occurred involving a car and a motorcycle in the area by Sunset Pass and North Shore in Pembroke.
The car sustained front end damage including a cracked front windshield, while the motorcycle ended up partially jammed in the car’s front wheel area. It is unclear at this time whether any of the persons involved sustained injuries, however we will update if able.

Looks like a rugby player was riding that little blow dryer and just stepped over and off the bike after bumping into that poor car. LOL!
I come out of that neighborhood quite frequently. What most likely happened is the driver didn’t do a double-look. It’s easy not to see someone on a bike coming when moving out of there. You have to wait to see when people are coming down the main road before you can pull out. If you look once, there’s a chance somebody can be behind that wall, out of your line of view.
It’s easy: Look to your right, look to your left, look right again, pull out close to 3-4 feet away from the yellow line, look to the left again, pull out. How simple is that?
Extremely simple. But common sense behind the wheel ain’t so common.
With my own observations in the past week alone I would say that common sense is non-existent.
Not likely it was a rugby player since it was not a rental bike. Look at the licence plate.
