Tropical Depression Eleven Forms In Atlantic

Tropical Depression Eleven has formed in the Atlantic and could become a tropical storm by Monday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.

Carrying maximum sustained winds of 35mph, the system is presently located 1070 miles east south-east of Bermuda and is moving north east at 15mph.

The weather system is not a threat to Bermuda at this time, with the Bermuda Weather Service saying the closest point of approach to Bermuda within 72 hrs has passed.
