Two Cooking Classes To Benefit Masterworks

October 2, 2013

Coming up in October, International Imports will be offering two cooking classes to be hosted by international chef Jennie Forster. All proceeds from the events will benefit the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art.

Ms Forster has a deep and varied background in hospitality and is an avid cook. She previously owned and managed La Grande Marque in Marnac, France, a 12 acre property with four holiday cottages, seven bed and breakfast rooms, and a restaurant that seated more than 40 patrons, hosted wedding receptions, and offered cooking classes. Prior to that, she purchased and upgraded The White House Hotel in North Yorkshire, garnering two AA rosette awards for the restaurant over six years.

The events’ wines will be sponsored by Burrows Lightbourn, with the island wine and spirits provider offering special-order pricing on wines sampled during the evening.
