Horizon Health Centre Opens For Business
Horizon Health, a personal fitness, nutrition and wellness centre, opened its doors for business today [Dec 30] at Magnolia Place, Ground Floor, 45 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
“Horizon Health focuses on the benefits of physical movement but also approaches the body in a holistic manner”, a spokesperson said. “It offers fitness instruction, lifestyle and nutrition counselling as well as Reiki and crystal healing. Horizon Health is a CHEK-focused company and specialises in corrective exercise, functional training, body mapping and pain reduction.
“The health centre offers both private and group classes that range in price from $20 to $120. Group classes are offered in barre, pilates mat, yoga and High Intensity Interval Training [HIIT]. Private classes are offered in personal functional training, barre, pilates, yoga and nutritional counselling.
“Founder and owner, Caroline Tee, a qualified CHEK practitioner, is well known throughout the health industry, having worked in it for 11 years.
“CHEK-lifestyle coaching addresses all bodily dysfunctions such as digestion [constipation and diarrhea], fungal issues, parasites, Helicobacter Pylori [stomach bacteria], IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, hemorrhoids, dysbiosis [imbalances in gut flora], GERD [reflux], Duodenal [stomach ulcers], gall bladder and liver issues, Baker’s Cysts, hormone imbalances, prostate complications, sexual dysfunction and much more.”
Minister of Health & Environment, Trevor Moniz, says: “The benefits of physical activity are numerous and undeniable. Physical activity is an essential component of maintaining good physical and mental health.
“In combination with healthy eating, it can help prevent a range of chronic diseases, including heart disease and stroke – which are leading causes of death on the island.
“I would like to take this opportunity today to urge Bermudians to get healthy…to find a physical activity that you enjoy and stick to it…to fuel your body with healthy food choices…and to encourage your children to Move More through active play. I wish to applaud Horizon Health founder Caroline Tee for having such a deep passion for the wellness of others.”

Thanks very much, the Schedule is up on site for next few days with our FREE classes Friday at 5.15-6.15 Functional Circuit and this Saturday at 10am HIIT, 11am Barre, and 12pm Pilates mat. Full schedule will be up in a few days starting on Monday 6th 2014. Looking forward to seeing you!

Well done Caroline you have opened a remarkable Health centre and I am sure everyone who uses both the Gym section or the organic café will be amazed at the great services that you are offering all under one roof.

So what is wrong with that?? It’s not like they were hiding that fact. In case you are not aware, that is what families do, encourage, support and praise their family members.
Go home and hug a family member and tell them you are proud of them, their hard work and accomplishments! Take a look at their face and watch them smile.
Its what most families do!
