Rugby Union’s High School Tournament Results

On Wednesday [Feb 4] the Bermuda Rugby Union held a High school tournament at Warwick Academy which had 65 players from five different schools proudly representing their school whilst competing in the true spirit of rugby.

Participating in the tournament were CedarBridge , Berkeley, Bermuda Institute, Warwick Academy and Saltus Grammar Schools. “The event was a roaring success”, a spokesperson said. “Special mention must go to Chris Stafford who kindly refereed for nearly two hours.”

The next event is the BSSF High School Tournament set to take place on 28th February at National Stadium.

      Far from it! Beyond Rugby is one of the best outreach programs in Bermuda! The champions last year were TNTatem who unfortunatly lost their coach last month.

      Bermuda Rugby Football Union are working hard to bring rugby to every school in Bermuda and has an active mini rugby program on Sundays (10:30 am) open to anyone who wishes to signup!

      There’s at least 200 kids there from all walks of Bermuda life!
