Upcoming DAP “Then & Now” Concert Fundraiser

PlayList Management, LLC will be hosting The Developing Artists Program [DAP] Fundraising Concert entitled “Then & Now” on Sunday, April 27th, 2014 at The Earl Cameron Theatre in City Hall at 7:00pm.

DAP was created as an opportunity to provide young musicians/artists the chance to further their skills, expose them to the entertainment industry, and create network opportunities for future growth.

CEO Theresa Minors stated, “This concert has been a labour of love – a true testament of positive energy and unbridled passion. The young people have worked tirelessly to prepare, so we are in store for an amazing event!”

The talented group of artists participating is public school students, ranging in age from 10 to 18 years old. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for them to participate in an overseas intensive program for a week in Atlanta during July this summer.

“This is the 4th year Anniversary of the DAP Program,” stated Program Director, David Sinclair Minors, “so we are expecting great things from the students. We have talented singers, rap artists, dancers, actors, just to name a few.

“The first three (3) years have been amazing, so we are very excited to expose them to the industry to see what they can do. This concert and the funds raised will assist in that regard.”
