Three People Arrested After Last Night’s Shooting
Three people have been arrested in connection with the incident last night [June 16] in Warwick, which saw shots fired at a jet ski.
A police spokesperson said, “Police can now confirm 3 persons have been arrested in connection with the firearms incident that took place yesterday evening at a few minutes before 8pm at Darrell’s Wharf in Warwick.
“It appears that the tour boat Coral Princess was returning from an excursion [local patrons] when a motorcycle appeared with two men, the suspects fired at a jet ski that apparently were following the boat into the dock.
“No one was injured and police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have seen two men leaving the scene on a motorcycle.
“We are particularly interested in speaking to anyone that was on board the Coral Princess or anyone who was at Darrell’s Wharf to contact The Serious Crime Unit on 295-0011.”
Three people arrested? At most there are two people on a bike… Hmmm I wonder what the charges are going to be.

Check out the passengers on that cruise boat. My hunch is that someone onboard sent a text or made a call to the “bikers” informing them of the jet skiers whereabouts. There is no way the “bikers” would’ve know otherwise…..interesting. Such a beautiful day yesterday. Glad they didn’t come to Paradise lakes with their crazy nonsense. So peaceful out there….Get a life young men.

Why??? So if they shot at someone in a taxi, should Taxis all stay in town? What if it was a bus, should we keep those in town too?
Arrests came very quickly indeed. Anything to do with the affluent neighborhood? Shots go off in some parishes on the regular and it don’t even make the news!

Maybe it’s people people (witnesses) in that neighborhood actually came forward with information instead of turning a blind eye to avoid being a rat or narc

No doubt the affluent hoods, islandwide, are before the eyes of security cameras that are actually working–24/7. Those dwellers sense unrest in the native air.
I see nothing about this shooting and arrest as something to take lightly. Remarks about the neighborhood and police….not necessary.
I’m sure you would feel differently if you or your child were on the boat or jet ski.
I’m glad no one was hurt and hope those who are at fault will be punished. Shooting at someone is a serious matter.
It was a “town” cruise, so they say. Those on jetski were from “west”. People saw two “town” guys sitting on land like they was plotting! Then a bike shows up wit 2 ppl on it shooting at the “west” boys on jetski, so what we make out of that?
