BMDS Presenting Production Of “Little Wars”
The Bermuda Musical & Dramatic Society [BMDS] is presenting a production of ‘Little Wars’ at the Daylesford Theatre at BMDS, with showings continuing from April 19 to 23.
The showings on April 19 and 20 have been added by BMDS, with showtime for those performances at 8.00pm.
The production’s synopsis says, “A country home in the French Alps, June 21, 1940. France will fall to Germany in less than 24 hours. Four famous women writers, a lover, and a mysterious caller gather together on the eve of war.
“It’s quite a night, with cat fights, revelations, recriminations and dark humour played out with the backdrop of war.
“There may be a world war raging outside, but there are many ‘Little Wars’ being waged between these strong characters inside. When Agatha Christie is a guest, it’s a sure thing that something will go bump in the night.”
