Photos & Results: Butterfield Grand Prix – Stage 1
[Updated with more photos] The Butterfield Bermuda Grand Prix, coordinated by the Bermuda Bicycle Association, is taking place this weekend, with the three days of cycling action kicking off with the Hill Climb Time Trial tonight [April 15] in St. George’s and wraps up on Sunday with the Hamilton Criterium.
As a whole, the Grand Prix consists of three bicycle races over a three-day period. For the seventh consecutive year, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited has supported the Butterfield Bermuda Grand Prix as the title sponsor.

The results from the hill climb in St. George’s this evening follow below with the leading riders in each category including:
- Junior Male 12 & Under – Blake Oliveira
- Junior Female 13-16 – Megan Hands
- Junior Male 13-16 – Kion Richardson
- Male B – Rajul MAthie
- Women – Alyssa Rowse
- Male A – Darren Glasford
Tomorrow’s road race will be held in Southside, St. David’s from 7.30am to 10.00am, and the Hamilton criterium will be held on Front Street on Sunday, April 17 from 9.00am to 12.00pm.
