Sun Life Donate $15,000 To Bermuda Charities
Sun Life Financial International has donated $15,000 to Bermuda charities to support their efforts in fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
A spokesperson said, “Sun Life Financial International announced today a donation of US$ 15,000 to Bermuda charities to support their efforts in fighting the coronavirus pandemic. The Coalition for the Protection of Children, Meals on Wheels and Women’s Resource Centre will each receive a donation of US$ 5,000.”
“We are proud of being able to support three Bermudian charities that remain on the front lines of the fight with COVID-19 pandemic,” said Paul Courtney, Chief Commercial Officer, Sun Life Financial International. “We share their passion for supporting the social groups in need in this difficult time.”
“Sun Life is committed to supporting the communities where we live and work. We have a long history of supporting local charities. Each year, employees participate in many important Bermuda-wide initiatives, like Back to School Extravaganza, Relay for Life fundraiser, coastal beach clean-ups and many others.”
