Media Gag Issued On Suspect in Court

ZBM has reported there has been a “media gag” issued on reporting various aspects of an individual who was today [Aug 12] brought into court under a veil of secrecy. The individual was brought into Court surrounded by Police under extremely high levels of security with their identity carefully covered.

The judge’s ruling effectively bars the press from reporting the individual’s name or aspects of the charges being levied against them.

    I like this new tactic, because much of the escalation of retaliation has fostered around this glamour of the accused and knowledge of police moves.

      That’s exactly why they don’t want the persons name out. We don’t need any more retaliation shootings.

          I agree with you however regardless if the papers release the names or not this is Bermuda and word gets around. (come on this is Bermuda two minutes after something has happened its either on facebook or everyone is sending a bb message)

    People already know who both individuals are so it really doesnt matter its only a matter of time til EVERYONE KNOWS!!!!

      @ Bermuda2London….people already know…by the weekend even more will know..the opposing side knows as well and threats are already being made…
