The agreement with Howard University enables the BHB to further its Clinical Advisor program in Psychiatry by linking with Howard University Hospital [HUH] in Washington, D.C. HUH will provide an external oversight of the Mid Atlantic Wellness Institute and provide clinicians with continued education and training opportunities as well as onsite resident physicians.

This agreement establishes a framework in which Howard would provide a myriad of services including: clinical consultation through visits of key Howard faculty to Bermuda; consultation by telepsychiatry; support of residency training in which Howard residents could visit Bermuda; development of a fellowship program involving both institutions; and collaborative research studies that could address diagnostic and treatment issues that might arise from socioeconomic, cultural and genetic differences in the populations of the two countries.

You know, with Paula attending meetings and Ewart Brown dashing back and forth too Howard Yoonaversity, who the hell is ‘acting’. We all know the ‘cast’ is diverse but jingus…this gives a new meaning to the House Of Assembly. Maybe they should call it Gombey House with all the trills and chills they get and entertain us all with their lavish lifestyle and concern.

Maybe there is a sale on “Fiddles”…….I better call the Pontiff……oops my bad. He might think he was being asked a plantation question but then again he never occupied the Vactican by siege, he was elected by smoke and mirrors…..( you get it, not offensive to the Holy Father…………………………..

    I need a rum…….

Terry you need more than a rum. Instead of commenting on the topic at hand you declare your ignorance by personel attacks on Dr. Brown and Paula Cox. I’m assuming that you are not the color of Dr. Brown and Paula Cox and come from the background and noise that make you unaware of the PLP Government amazing talented people that are able to captain the ship. Unlike the opposition when no one wants to be an official leader. Getting back to your rum, you surely are a serious canidate, to be the first client, without being referred by anyone for a complete psychiatric study, to understand why you and your ilk cannot accept a Black democratic government after all this time.
