Two Motorcyclists Hurt in Separate Accidents

Two motorcylists were sent to hospital following accidents yeaterday.

Around 5pm yesterday, Police and first responders attended an accient at the junction of Trimingham Road and Trimingham Hill in Paget involving a car and a motorcycle.  The rider of the motorcycle, a 24 year old Pembroke man, sustained an arm injury and was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. The driver of the car, a 48 year old Pembroke man, was not injured. Traffic was held up as Police investigated the scene.

Around 9:25am yesterday morning, Police and first responders attended an accident at the junction of Berkeley Road and North Shore Road in Pembroke also involving a car and a motorcycle.  The rider of the motorcycle, a 46 year old Pembroke man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. The driver of the car, a 62 year old Paget man, was not injured.

Police state that inquiries into this incident are underway.
