Residents Extinguish Small Kitchen Fire
At approximately 12:20pm today [Dec 27], Bermuda Fire and Rescue responded to a report of fire at a Cove Valley Road, St. David’s residence. Bernews understands that upon arrival it was ascertained that the fire was quite small in nature, had been put out by the residents and that the cause of the fire was believed to be a faulty element within a kitchen appliance. Fire officials checked the scene, and left when it was determined that the situation was fully resolved.
