Seen a Blue Hose in Southampton?

DSC00699The Bermuda Fire Service is asking the public to look out for a piece of equipment which is described as a 50 foot long blue high pressure hose, and was lost in the vicinity of Heron Bay School in Southampton on the evening of March 8th.

A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service is asking members of the public to be on the look out for a piece of ancillary equipment that works in conjunction with the Service’s rescue tools.”

“These tools are vital in rescuing persons trapped due to road traffic accidents. It is a blue high pressure hose that is approximately 50 feet in length. It was lost in the vicinity of Heron Bay School on the evening of March 8th.”

“This is a very important piece of equipment and if anyone has found it please return it to any of the three fire station locations, Port Royal, Hamilton or Clearwater. Or please call 292-5555.”
