Photos: Astwood Park ‘Pick Your Own Pumpkins’

The 4th Annual “Pick Your Own Pumpkins” was held today [Oct 26] at Astwood Park, with crowds starting to file in at 9am to begin picking pumpkins, as well enjoy the hay-rides, caramel apples, and face painting.

Organisers J&J Produce said they had a higher turnout this year than previous years, noting that they had moved the location from Hog Bay Park in Sandys to Astwood Park. When asked about the crop, they said it wasn’t the best this year, and said that the biggest pumpkin this year was “maybe thigh high and about 80lbs.”
