Argus Staff Cleanup St. David’s Lighthouse

December 3, 2013

The Argus Group announced in May 2007 its official adoption of the Gibb’s Hill and St. David’s Lighthouse parks to help maintain and clean the grounds surrounding the lighthouses.

The Argus Group made the commitment to looking after these two national parks in order to ensure that the legacy of these historic landmarks is preserved for the benefit of future generations.

Now, that commitment has come to fruition in the form of pointed clean-up efforts that recently took place at St. David’s Lighthouse.

In this photograph, Alison Hill, Chief Executive Officer of the Argus Group, plants a Bermuda cedar tree at St. David’s Lighthouse Park on November 29, 2013, as part of the company’s adoption of the park to maintain the grounds. This activity was organised in partnership with Keep Bermuda Beautiful and the Bermuda Department of Parks.
