How much is the “celebration” costing us in wasted time, overtime materials, advertising?

A church service, a road race (just happens to be over a nice long lunch time, renting and setting up the #6 shed and a ‘staff appreciation gala’. Are you serious?

At least I learned something new today; “Our staff is responsible for facilitating trade,”. And here I always thought they made trade slower, more costly and more difficult.

What happened to cut backs – I don’t believe any Customs officers will go into their pockets for this Gala!!! Utter nonsense.

What a joke these people are.

Taxing people is a necessary evil – the least they can do is not rub our noses in it by celebrating it. Do they not realise what kind of resentment this breeds?
