what, another bloody wall jumping out at people!

  3. Mamma Mia says:

Doesn’t stop the madness and chaos on the roads, does it. We know the police can’t be everywhere but it seems they’re hardly anywhere!

If I wanted to hit my head against a wall…I’d go to work and do it!

  5. Boo says:

For ONE bike you guys shut down the entire road????

  6. Jeep says:

If you read it says investigators where called out. How are they suppose to measure n take pics with traffic? Such ignorant people.

  7. Concerned says:

I am appalled at the callousness of these comments. Not one of you has hoped for a speedy recovery. I was at this accident and I thought for sure this man was dead. I, FOR ONE, am relieved that he is getting medical attention and his family will see him alive again. There has been a lot of loss on this island due to traffic collisions. This corner is so tight that I pray a bus doesn’t come every time I drive or ride on it. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

This corner is long overdue for some attention. It needs to be widened and also needs more visibility.

I am appalled at the speed of SOME (not necessarily this rider) on the roads these days!

      • Concerned says:

I completely agree and I’m not saying that speed wasn’t a factor but this corner is particularly narrow.

    • Observer says:

The corner doesn’t need widening just to let one bike through!!! People need to slow down and drive with caution, care and courtesy.

      • Concerned says:

As a pizza delivery driver for this area for the past 2 1/2 years I am telling you that corner is dangerously slim and with zero visibility of what oncoming traffic is like.

The turn is uneven and intensifies halfway through the turn. I would argue that after the sun went down what likely happened is the sudden increase in the turn either surprised him or was to challenging for the bike he was on.

Mr. Observer, your observation in this matter is as narrow as that corner.

      • Bermuda 1 says:

Your right the corner doesn’t neccesarily need widening, even though we have tried for years to ask the person who owns the house on that corner. But hey we’ve had it for years and now all of a sudden 2012 till present bam accidents. My suggestion to those who are truly concerned about this corner is to either take another route to avoid this corner, drive slower, stop buying and driving vehicles that are bigger than you because majority of you can’ t drive them and, stop driving after a certain time ; this can also be a reason why you have accidents. So a better suggestion some of you just don’t drive or turn your licenses into the police if you are all so concerned about that corner. Thanks.
