Lewis Places 3rd In Canadian Track Meet
Bermuda’s Jessica Lewis is competing at the 2014 Canadian Track & Field Championships in Moncton, and has hit the track to take part in the 100m, 200m and 400m.
Lewis finished 3rd during the Women’s 100 Meter T54 race clocking a time of 19.02, and also finished third in the Women’s 400 Meter T34 race Lewis in a time of 1:10.03.
Lewis then followed up with the Women 200 Meter T53 race that saw her finish with a time of 35.76.
Although Lewis technically placed in medal position in all on her races thus far, she actually cannot win a medal in these events as she races for Bermuda, and this is the Canadian National Championships.
Lewis has one more race remaining, with the Paralympian scheduled to hit the track today [June 29] for the 800m.
