    Best weekend ever

  2. Jr Smith says:

I wonder how much $$ has been thrown at the alcohol oligarch, and fuel cartel over this weekend?

  3. Raymond Ray says:

I’m curious as to what’s going to be happening after today? The candle seemed to have been burnt from both ends. I hope not though :-(

    • Gorgam says:

Odd question Raymond.. But why change now!?

  4. Terry says:

    Jr Smith your an a**.
I look at these photo’s and see hundreds of millions of dollars (more to come) of boats.

All owned by Bermudians who bitch and moan about no jobs, low salaries et al.

The makeup of these owners is enough to say that the monies are.

    I give the F.98 up.

I need a double and watch the Port Bermuda webcam again and enlarge and look at the people that board and own these vessels.

    Shalom.

    • Mockingjay says:

What makes you sure that the boat owners are the ones that bitch and moan @$$ hole.
Do you think ALL Bermudians can afford a boat, thats like saying ALL African Americans are living good because J Z, Beyonce, Oprah, Micheal Jordan, etc, etc are successful.
      @$$

    • Time Shall Tell says:

      @Terry

Pretty presumptuous of you to assume that the same people who are crying that they have no jobs or are financially struggling are the same that own & operate the boats in question. There has been & always be a divide of those who can & those who can’t afford certain luxuries so obviously the ones you see are those who can afford & the ones you don’t… Well I am sure you can figure the rest.

Even if there are some that aren’t financially well off present, I know of at least one couple who can’t afford to go on vacation abroad. So they save up a little extra to make Cup Match weekend their special weekend to splurge a little on themselves locally, so why couldn’t this also be the case for the odd case of someone not financially well off unwinding a bit??

But then here I am trying to reason with someone who stalks via webcams at people going about their own business.

    • G'd Up says:

@Terry you are a jealous little boy!!

      • Terry says:

        “jealous” ?
My life is 100 + 10% better now since I left.

I live a simple peaceful life.
        Shalom

  5. Tiger too says:

    @jr Smith.
You seem to have a serious problem. FUN does come at a cost but I guess you don’t have fun

  6. Stephen Thomson says:

What a great weekend. This is exactly what we need. Well done to all the organizers. The tourists and locals alike have been asking for activities and things to do in Bermuda. Clearly everyone wants it as evidenced by the huge turnouts…..well done.

  7. turtle says:

WAS very fun, BUT TOOOO MUCH SOCCA music!…that end it up ruined the afternoon

    • NT says:

Soca music is terrible. Bermudians kill me with this whole carnival crap but will be quick to tell you that Bermuda isn’t in the Caribbean and we’re different yet they’re appropriating other islands cultures. Why can’t we ever be original and have our own thing.

  8. Turtle says:

Was very fun, But the music ruined the fun Tooooo muchhhh socca!!!!!!just for the music lots of people was complaining! Anf left ee were one of them

    • Yes I says:

Soca is usually played for a carnival weekend. Get used to it or bring your own box.

  9. Huh says:

    MARDI GRAS next!!!
