Basketball: Rim Rockers & Thunder Cats Win
The 2015/16 Cellone Island Basketball League Season continued with a double-header inside the CedarBridge Gymnasium with 193 points scored on the night.
In the Opener the Rim Rockers picked up their second win in a row by defeating the Sky Force 44- 36 and moving to 2-2 on the season, while the Sky Force move to 1-3 on the season.
The Rim Rockers were led the victory by Nathan Moore with a game high 14 points, while Zachary Johnson scored 6 points for Sky Force.
The second game of the evening saw the defending champions Thunder Cats get their third win of the season by defeating the Cross Fire Ballers 60- 53. The Thunder Cats move to 3-1 on the season Crossfire are now 2-2, Rye Ahronson led the Thunder Cats with 14 points, while Markus Robinson scored 16 point.
