In NASCAR and Formula One they have the Pit Crew, while in the America’s Cup they are called the Shore Crew. This is the team behind-the-team that makes sure the race boat is ready to race.
Opportunities to work on this team are rare, so for Bermudian Tristan DeSilva getting a position with the Shore Crew of Artemis Racing was a chance he could not let slip by.
