Butterfield June 2016 Treasury Shares Buy Back
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited announced that during the month of June 2016, the Bank purchased for Treasury 205,048 Common Shares at an average price of $1.614 per share. In addition, the Bank did not purchase for cancellation any Preference Shares.
