TCD & BECL Closed Due To Absence Of Water
The Transport Control Department and the Bermuda Emissions Control Ltd. testing centre on North Street are closed today [May 11] due to the absence of running water.
A spokesperson said, “The Transport Control Department [TCD] and the Bermuda Emissions Control Ltd. [BECL] testing centre on North Street are closed, due to the absence of running water.
“TCD and BECL apologise for any inconvenience to valued customers.”

This is a joke, TCD are already the most inefficient Government department as it is, the building is owned by Government who also have a water plant , pluming division and water trucks, its nothing more than an excuse do even less work than normal, the person in charge of the clowns responsible needs to be held accountable, how much money is it costing the taxpayer for this mid week holiday? its nonsense and completely unacceptable
