Court: Woman Sentenced To 18 Months In Jail
Appearing in Court today [June 6], a 25-year-old woman was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
Ms Zoe Bennett, who is from New York, had been convicted of handling approximately $40,000 cash which she knew was the proceeds of crime, and appeared in Court today for sentencing.
Puisne Judge Charles-Etta Simmons handed down a sentence of eighteen months, with time spent in custody taken into consideration.
