Bermuda Sailors Begin Strong In Mexico
Bermuda sailors took to the waters of Mexico to take part in the Optimist North American Championships 2018.
Day One saw the 149 sailors compete in the three races held on the day.
Sebastian Kempe is in second place with 16 Net Points, Kempe finished 2nd in the first race of the day, he would then cross the line 8th in the second race, before closing out with a 6th place finish in the third and final race of the day.
Christian Ebbin is in 10th place with 32 Net Points, Ebbin would win the second race of the Regatta.
With 62 Net Points, Magnus Ringsted is holding down the 32nd spot, while Laura Hupman is in 37th with 70 Net Points.
Rachael Betschart is in 59th with 95 Net Points, while Aiden Lopes is in 79th with 119 Net Points.
In the 93rd position is Ava Adams with 136 Net Points, while Ahzai Smith is in 96th with 141 Net Points.
Ethan Edmunds is in 103rd place with 151 Net Points, while in the 117th position is Amelia Lewis with 165 Net Points.
