Butterfield & Vallis Food Show On March 28
The Food Service Division of Butterfield & Vallis will be holding a Trade Show this Thursday [March 28] from 10.30am to 5.00pm in the Student Centre of the Bermuda College.
A spokesperson said, “The guest of honour will be Karla Lacey, Bermuda Tourism Authority COO, who will cut the ribbon for the official opening of the show at 10.15am.
“It is a great opportunity for chefs, restaurant owners, food & beverage managers, deli and supermarket managers etc. to view and experience the latest innovations from over 35 vendors. Visiting suppliers include Kraft Heinz, Farmland, Four Seasons Produce, Sid Wainer, General Mills, US Meat Federation, Keegan Ales, DeBragga & Spitler and Bell & Evans to name a few.
“In addition, Butterfield & Vallis will be highlighting a new distribution agreement with On de Rock Brewery. This arrangement will allow us to assist with distribution of the locally produced beer island wide.
“This a Trade Only event.”
