BHEC Launches Health Service Provider Register
The Bermuda Health Council announces a newly launched health service provider register, saying the “interactive register offers a more efficient and simple way to connect people and registered health service providers without the need to switch between multiple platforms.”
The Council said, “As a part of the Provider Advantage Programme [PrAP], the Health Council is providing this tool to better assist health service providers and the general public in finding and receiving the care they need. This register will allow providers to better communicate with residents of Bermuda, and serve as an essential resource for those not yet familiar with the health services provided in their parish.”
David Rogers, Project Manager, Health Technology and Innovation at the Health Council, said: “By providing cost-effective resources for health professionals, we seek to support them on the back end so that they can spend the most time where they want to be; in front of their patients, focused on providing quality care.”
“We have updated the way registered health service providers information is viewed with a new look, and we hope to add many more providers and features to the online experience in the near future. With our new navigation feature, we are making it easier for users to find the information they need with just a few clicks.”
