Police Investigation Into Murder Continues
The police are reminding the public that the investigation into the murder of Paul Johnson is still an active enquiry, and are urging anyone with any information to please come forward.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service reminds the public that the investigation into the murder of Paul Johnson is still an active enquiry.
“Paul Johnson was shot to death at approximately 3:00 am on Monday December 10th, 2018, as he arrived at his residence located on Rambling Lane, Pembroke.
“Paul Johnson had been at a party at the former Grand Bar on Church Street and left with friends in a car and later rode home on his motorcycle.
“The investigative team believe that Paul Johnson was targeted and a gunman waited for him in the vicinity of his residence until he arrived home.
“There are members of the Rambling Lane community that might have seen a person[s] acting suspiciously in and around Rambling Lane shortly before 3:00am Monday 10th December 2018 and investigators want to speak with them.
“Time has passed, but the events of that early morning are still relevant today and you hold the key to bringing the offenders to justice, and closure to Paul Johnson’s family and the community, that is still grieving.
“Several witnesses have been interviewed, however there are still members of our community that have not come forward.
