The Kenneth Joaquin who has supervision of the Registrar of Companies, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following notice:

- This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information [Information Statement] Registrar of Companies Notice 2019
Deposit of information statement
- Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Companies information statement has been deposited for public inspection at –
- The offices of the Registrar of Companies
- The Bermuda Archives; and
- The Bermuda National Library
And shall come into operation on 8 January 2020
