[Updated with photos] Bermuda Under 19 Team, Somerset Bridge, St. David’s Cricket Club, Southampton Rangers, and Somerset Cricket Club all recorded victories in this weekend’s First and Premier Division cricket action.
First Division
Bermuda Under 19 Team Won by 7 Wickets: Devonshire Recreation Club 80 Bermuda Under 19 Team 81/3
At the White Hill Field, two teams looking for their first wins of the season took to the field, with the Bermuda Under 19 Team winning by 7 wickets over the Devonshire Recreation Club.

Batting first the Devonshire Recreation Club were bowled out for 80, only two batsmen reached double figures with Mike Levon and Levar Talbot both scoring 12, Talbot was not out. Eijar Shakir was the pick of the Bermuda Under 19 Team bowlers with figures of 2-0-14-2.
In reply the Bermuda Under 19 Team scored 81/3 in 11.3 overs, Logan Jones was the top scorer with 32, while Zeri Thomlinson was not out on 31. Levon was the pick of the Devonshire Recreation Club bowlers with figures of 3-0-16-1.

Somerset Bridge Won by 3 Runs: Somerset Bridge 183/4 Warwick Workmen’s Club 180/6
In the second First Division match at the White Hill Field, Somerset Bridge edged Warwick Workmen’s Club by 3 runs.

Batting first Somerset Bridge scored 171, but they were awarded 12 penalty runs for Warwick Workmen’s Club bowling a slow over-rate, to take their score to 183/4. Joshua Gilbert was the top scorer with 94, he faced 60 balls hitting 10 fours and 4 sixes, Adrian Burrows added 45, Jodi Maronie was the pick of the Warwick Workmen’s Club bowlers with figures of 4-0-25-2.
In reply Warwick Workmen’s Club scored 180/6 after their 20 overs. Cory Burgess was their top scorer with 55 off 35 balls, he hit 6 fours and 3 sixes, while Dominic Sabir added 38. Noel Woods was the pick of the Somerset Bridge bowlers with figures of 4-0-43-2.
Premier Division
St. David’s Cricket Club Won by 28 runs: St. David’s Cricket Club 177/6 Bailey’s Bay 149/5
At the Somerset Cricket Club, St. David’s Cricket Club defeated their Eastern County rivals Bailey Bay by 28 runs.

Batting first St. David’s Cricket Club, scoring 177/6 thanks to an 80 run third wicket partnership between Chare Smith and Ricardo Brangman. Smith was the top scorer with 48 off 39 balls hitting 3 fours and 2 sixes, while Brangman scored 47 off 25 balls hitting 4 fours and 3 sixes. Kyle Hodsoll was the pick of the Bailey’s Bay bowlers with figures of 4-0-20-3.
In reply, Bailey’s Bay could only manage 149/5. Youngster Jarryd Richardson was the top scorer with 37 not out, while both Coolidge Durham and Terryn Fray added 31 each. Brian Hall was the pick of the St. David’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 4-0-21-2.
Southampton Rangers Won by 6 Runs: Southampton Rangers 149/6 St. Georges Cricket Club 143/9
At the Wellington Oval, Southampton Rangers defeated the St. George’s Cricket Club by 6 runs.

Batting first, the Southampton Rangers scored 149/6. Charles Trott was the top scorer with 39 not out, while Tre Manders added 31. Nzari Paynter was the pick of the St. George’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 3-0-15-2.
In reply, the St. George’s Cricket Club got off to a good start with Treadwell Gibbons and Temiko Wilson putting on a 70 run first wicket partnership. Gibbons was the team’s top scorer with 50 off 40, hitting 2 fours and 3 sixes, while Wilson added 32. Lamont Brangman was the pick of the Southampton Rangers bowlers with figures of 4-0-28-3.
Somerset Cricket Club Won by 188 Runs: Somerset Cricket Club 283/5 Willow Cuts 95
It was nothing short of fireworks at the Somerset Cricket Club as the host defeated neighbors Willow Cuts by 188 runs.

Batting first, the Somerset Cricket Club scored 283/5 in their allotted 20 overs. Kamau Leverock scored 119 off 42 balls, hitting 11 fours and 10 sixes, captain Jordan DeSilva added 58, and Dalin Richardson scored 56. Faheem Swan has the best bowling figures for Willow Cuts with figures of 1-0-9-1.
In reply, Willow Cuts were bowled out for 95. Sergio Raynor was the top scorer with 22, Greg Maybury was the pick of the Somerset Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 2-0-7-3.
