This application is available for inspection at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources during normal working hours. Any person wishing to object to the proposed plant may, within 14 days of the date of this publication, lodge their objection with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, 169 South Road, Paget DV 04. Letters of objection must state the name and address of the objector; the grounds of the objection; whether the objector has an interest in land near to that which the application relates; and be signed by the objector.

Large Group Exemption: Shekinah Worship Centre Graduation Recognition Ceremony
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Shekinah Worship Centre’s Graduation Recognition Ceremony is an event justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Now, therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble on Saturday, August 15, 2020, between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Shekinah Worship Centre, 98 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish with the following conditions:
Conditions:
- All persons attending the ceremony must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- The event is held outdoors.
- Number of persons permitted to attend limited to 100.
- Duration of the meeting is two hours [10:00 am to 12:00 pm]
- In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move to Whitney Institute School Auditorium, 59 Middle Road, Smith Parish. Number of persons permitted to attend limited to 75.
- The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe compliance to the conditions as prescribed above.
