Photos: Islanders Win Field Hockey Match
[Updated with photos] The Bermuda Hockey Academy Islanders recently defeated the Pirates 3-2 at the National Sports Center in Bermuda Field Hockey Federation action.
The Islanders took the lead in the 12th minute when Ryce Trott scored a field goal. The Pirates drew level in the 27th minute when Jonah Trott scored a field goal.
The Islanders once again pulled in front in the 37th minute with a field goal off the stick of Xyaire Smith, but the Pirates drew level once again when Donnie Simmons scored a field goal in the 42nd minute.
The winner was determined in the 50th minute with Smith scoring a second field goal for the Islanders.
