Jessica Lewis Competing In World Ekiden
Bermudian Jessica Lewis recently completed her leg of the ASICS World Ekiden 2020.
Lewis – the team captain of #NoBoundaries – completed her 5km in a time of 16:12, with her time thus far the 11th fastest for the distance.
Three of her teammates also completed their legs.
Arina Nicolaisen of South Africa completed her 5km in 25:51, while Louzanne Coetze, also from South Africa, did a 10km in 41:23; Efrain Sotacuro of Peru did his 7.195km in 23:38.
Meanwhile, Atsushi Yamamoto of Japan still has to do his 5km and Alex Pires da Silva of Brazil has yet to do his 10km.
The team currently has a total time of 1:47:03.
