Pursuant to the requirements of section 7 of the Airport [Duty Free Sales] Act 1997, I hereby give notice that I propose to grant Airport Duty Free Sales Licenses to The Duty Free Shops Bermuda Ltd. [“the applicant”] in respect of two regulated shops from which it is proposed to sell free of duty tobacco products, wines and spirits.

Any person who objects to the proposed grant of such a license may object in writing to the Minister of Finance as per section 8 of the Airport [Duty Free Sales] Act 1997 within seven days of the publication of this Notice.
