One Communications Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd. advised that pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14[2][i], on 5 February 2021, 75,715 shares and on 8 February 2021, 134,211 shares respectively, were repurchased for cancellation at a price of $3.95.
