Senior Series To Be Held At Bailey’s Bay Club
The Eastern Counties Cricket Association [ECCA] has announced that the 2021 Senior Series will be held at the Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club.
A spokesperson said, “The Eastern Counties Cricket Association is pleased to announce that the 2021 Senior Series will be held at the Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club [Sea Breeze Oval]. The three match series will open on July 17th, with the second round on August 14th and the final round on August 28th.
“The 2021 ECCA Senior Series will be held as per the Large Group Exemption – Covid-19 SafeKey guidelines:
- 1. The number of attendees at any event cannot exceed 50% of the normal capacity at any indoor or outdoor setting. ‘Attendees’ include hosts, organizers, staff, volunteers, players, coaches, officials, spectators and vendors.
- 2. The use of SafeKey is required for all attendees at any gathering of 275 persons or more.
- 3. Contact tracing details must be collected from all attendees including full name, date and time of visit, phone and email in case there is a positive case in attendance.
“All persons must adhere to the following guidelines, prior to being eligible to enter the match grounds on the above listed dates.
- proof of being fully vaccinated via a SafeKey or with a valid PRC test within 72 hours of the match date.
- valid ID
- must be in possession of a mask
Ticketing
“Ticket pricing for the 2021 Senior Series is as follows:
- Adults – $20.00
- Seniors Children – $10.00 12 and under
“All ticket will be sold online via Ontrack.
Match Day Broadcast
“Our annual match day broadcasting of the Annual Series will return with radio commentary via the Voice of Summer on HOTT 107.5 and FM 89 through Bermuda Broadcasting.
Livestreaming
“For our loyal fans who wish to attend but are unable to do so, we will aim to offer a livestream of the match. Further details will be provided.
Spot Allocation
“Reserved seating allocations will go on sale 9am July 10th at the Baileys Bay Cricket Club. Persons wishing to purchase reserved seating for all three match dates will be given first preference. Field prices remain as per 2019.
Crown and Anchor
“The ECCA has decided to not facilitate the traditional Crown & Anchor set-up during the first round of the 2021 series. We will advise you if we are able to host and facilitate Crown and Anchor during the second round scheduled for August 14th.”
