Spirit Of Bermuda Finishes Newport Race
[Updated with video] The Spirit of Bermuda finished the 2022 Newport Bermuda Race this morning [June 21], crossing the finish line in the east end at 10.35am Bermuda time.
The vessel, owned by the Bermuda Sloop Foundation, was one of the 187 sailing yachts that took part in the 635-nautical mile race which started on Friday, June 17th.

Just to clarify the above video of Spirit of Bermuda was taken an hour after she crossed the finish line, dropped her sails and motored in to the harbor. No motors are allowed during the race for those wondering
