Argus Group Share Repurchases In June
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of June 2022 the company has repurchased 12,174 shares at an average repurchase price of $6.32 per share. These shares have been retained as treasury shares.
