Golf Championship Tickets On Sale On Sept 12
Tickets to the 2022 Butterfield Bermuda Championship will go on sale Monday, 12th September via the official tournament website and “the public is encouraged to act quickly as access to upgraded tickets are anticipated to sell out.”
Danielle Baiunco, Tournament Director says “This year, the tournament will open its gates to welcome a crowd with an unrestricted capacity of spectators for the first time since its debut on the PGA TOUR calendar in 2019.
“We are truly ecstatic to provide the local community and visitors to the island with an enhanced experience inclusive of a junior ticket policy, post-play live entertainment, a family zone and more. We will announce our full schedule of events during a press conference on Monday morning.”
A spokesperson said, “Daily general admission tickets for Thursday, October 27 to Sunday, October 30 will be available online for $35 per day and individuals may choose to upgrade their access to the Digicel Business Ocean Club, these tickets are $250 per person per day and include food and beverage as well as other perks.
“Tickets will not be available for purchase at the gate and should be bought in advance of the event. Youth 15 and under are admitted free to the tournament with a ticketed adult. This does not apply to hospitality spaces and all spectators over the age of 2 entering hospitality venues must hold a pre-purchased ticket.
“The Butterfield Bermuda Championship will follow the PGA TOUR fan safety guide which still suggests maintaining a social distance in highly populated areas. Mask wearing is advised but not mandatory in crowds and per local Bermuda guidelines, masks are suggested when indoors. If you are feeling unwell we ask that you please stay home.
“There are still volunteer opportunities available. Go behind the scenes as a Gallery Management Ambassador or see all of the action as a Walking Scorer. Volunteers can donate their time and earn a local non-profit of their choice a donation of $200 by volunteering for a minimum of three shifts throughout the tournament.
