[Updated] The Ministry released the list of bus cancellations for this morning [Nov 14] with the list indicating that there are 13 bus runs cancelled so far today.

Update 4.00pm: The Ministry has released the list of bus cancellations for this afternoon. There were 13 runs cancelled this morning, 35 cancelled this afternoon, for a total of 48 cancelled today.
