Cohort Merges With BM Corporate Services
Cohort Limited, which is a licensed corporate service provider, announced the merger with BM Corporate Services Ltd effective 3rd January 2023. The combined entity will trade and operate as Cohort Limited.
Tracy Packwood, Director, Cohort Limited stated, “We are delighted to merge Cohort Limited and BM Corporate Services Ltd. We remain a manager-owned entity, involved directly with the management of our clients. We pride ourselves on establishing and maintaining strong, longstanding relationships with our clients. This will continue.
