Photos, Video & 360: NMB Community Day
The National Museum of Bermuda [NMB] held a Community Day today [March 26], with the event, sponsored by BF&M, offering free admission and a variety of activities.
A spokesperson previously said, “Lisa Wingood will teach a yoga-inspired breathing and movement class open to all ages and abilities. Bermudian artist Ronnie Chameau will teach palmetto weaving, joined in Queen’s Exhibition Hall by artist and educator Louisa Bermingham who will be conducting a hands-on art activity, featuring objects from the NMB collection.
“Artist Graham Foster will be on site in Commissioner’s House at the Hall of History to share information and answer questions about his famous 1,000 square foot mural that details Bermuda’s 500 years of history in art. The Warwick Gombeys will close the Community Day with a festive air, performing in the Keep Yard.”
