Car Driver Strikes Wall In St George’s
A car driver struck the wall near the entrance to the Esso Service Station building and the “wall collapsed and a male station attendant sustained minor cuts and bruises after he fell when he attempted to avoid being struck by the car,” the police confirmed.
A police spokesperson said, “Police were called out to a single vehicle collision on Rose Hill in St. George, around 10:40 this morning.
“It appears a female motorcar driver lost control of her vehicle and struck the wall near the entrance to the Esso Service Station building.
“The wall collapsed and a male station attendant sustained minor cuts and bruises after he fell when he attempted to avoid being struck by the car.
“The female driver did not appear to be injured.”
