Public Invited To Join Road Safety Week
Road Safety Week will be held from May 5 to May 11 and “each day there will be a theme focused on highlighting measures that can be taken to change behaviors.”

“Join us for our Road Safety Week Open Event at City Hall as a special event dedicated to promoting road safety in our community. We are excited to host Road Safety Week from May 5 to May 11, 2024, and we invite you to participate in our efforts to raise the awareness of road safety with the aim of ensuring safer roads for everyone.
“Throughout the week, each day there will be a theme focused on highlighting measures that can be taken to change behaviors. Our aim is to create positive impact, build community support, and ultimately change mindsets through education and awareness.

- Monday, May 6 – Your Road Safety Pledge
- Tuesday, May 7 – On the Road to Safety
- Wednesday, May 8 – Look Out for Each Other
- Thursday, May 9 – No Need to Speed
- Friday, May 10 – Remembering the lives lost on our roads
- Saturday, May 11 – Zero Tolerance
2024 Road Safety Open Event Details:
