Kacy Milan-Butterfield Signs For Basford United
Bermudian Kacy Milan-Butterfield has signed a new deal with Basford United Football Club.
A statement from the club said, “We are delighted to announce that after a more than impressive pre-season, new midfielder Kacy Milan-Butterfield has been offered and has accepted a contract converting from non-contract and signing a 1 year deal.
“The 6ft 4 Bermudian international midfielder joined us from Stourbridge in May and has since impressed the management team and club committee on many occasions.
“The Gaffer has been putting together a vey talented and close bonded squad as we prepare for the 2024/25 Northern Premier League Season which starts on Saturday August 10th when we travel to The Giant Axe and Lancaster City before our first home game where we will host Leek Town on Tuesday 13th August at Greenwich Avenue.”
Commenting on the deal, Manager Matin Carruthers said the following: “I am absolutely delighted to get Kacy tied down. He has been a pleasure to work with and his energy and personality has been a breath of fresh air. This is a real coup for the football club and can’t wait for the season to get started!”
