“This year also marks the introduction of two new scholarships:

- The Career Shifters Scholarship – created for individuals who are making a bold move to shift careers into the international business sector, helping to build a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Christian Dunleavy, Chairperson of ABIC, said, “We are thrilled to see such a high level of engagement in our Education Awards programme. This record number of applicants reflects the expanding interest in international business as a career path. With the introduction of new awards our members are continuing to demonstrate their commitment to bringing Bermudians of all ages and backgrounds into the industry and take our role in Bermuda’s long term social and economic development as the core of what we do.”
Michelle Seymour Smith, Chairperson of the Education Awards Committee, said, “We are especially proud of the enhancements made this year to both our scholarship offerings and the application experience. The addition of the Adam Prunty and Career Shifters scholarships reflects our commitment to evolving with the needs of our community. I also want to extend our sincere thanks to the Bermudascholarships.com Steering Committee for their tireless efforts in upgrading the platform.”
