Golf: Cedarberry Bowl Final Results
Oliver Betschart claimed the title in the Blue Championship Division in the Cedarberry Bowl at the Belmont Hills Golf Course yesterday [April 4].
He carded a final round of one-over par 71 for a total score of 12-over par.
Betschart’s final round consisted of three birdies and four bogeys.
Arman Newton was runner-up, finishing the tournament at 22-over par.
Sa-Qui Robinson placed third with a final score of 36-over par.
In the White Championship, Lewis MacFarlane secured the title after shooting a final round of ten-over par 80.
He finished the tournament at 26-over par, with his final round including two birdies, three bogeys, one double bogey, one triple bogey, and one quadruple bogey.
Darina Betschart finished second with a total score of 35-over par, while Lachlan Soutter was third at 41-over par.
Nicholas Gakundi was crowned champion in the Novice Division, using the Stableford Points system to accumulate 19 points.
Jack Jones finished as the runner-up with 18 points, and Zara Soutter secured third place with four points.
Freddie Jones won the Red 9-Hole Division, also using the Stableford Points system to earn 45 points.
William Leman finished second with 42 points, and Joshua Cann took third place with 41 points.
