Football: Hood & Eagles Draw, Bascome Wins
The Bermuda Football Association’s Under-23 Summer League continued with two closely contested matches.
In the first match, Robin Hood and the Somerset Eagles played to a 1-1 tie. Robin Hood took the lead in the fourth minute with a goal from Ellis Morgan. Tyler Emery scored for the Somerset Eagles in the 62nd minute to level the score.
FC Bascome defeated the Dandy Town Hornets 2-1 in the second match. Hunter Outerbridge scored for FC Bascome in the 15th minute. Tavez Smith equalized for the Dandy Town Hornets in the 27th minute. Ben Osset scored the winning goal for FC Bascome in the 60th minute.
